Tsuruta Ramen – A Flavorful Escape in Triana, Seville After days of indulging in seafood and tapas, think garlic shrimp (and I mean a lot of garlic), octopus, and crispy anchovies, my kids were craving something different. I’m a tapas enthusiast through and through, but I get it… even the best flavors lose their magic when they’re on repeat. So I handed over the reins and said, “You kids lead the way, I’ll follow.” We were staying in Triana , and after a short 15 minute walk through the neighborhood, my kids found their culinary target: Japanese Ramen. So we entered Tsuruta Ramen. The moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the vibrant and eclectic interior, like a slice of Tokyo tucked into Seville. Normally I’m not a fan of busy decor, but my kids were absolutely enchanted. The atmosphere was buzzing, full of character and charm. And the woman who served us was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Here’s what we ordered: 1. Spicy Beef Ramen – rich, bold, and deeply satisfying 2. Udon with Garlic Shrimps – a perfect nod to our tapas roots with a Japanese twist 4. Spicy Gyoza – crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat 5. Panko Chicken with Fine Noodles – crunchy, comforting, and kid approved Every dish hit the spot. It was one of those meals where the food, the vibe, and the company all come together perfectly. Sometimes stepping outside your usual routine brings the best surprises and this was definitely one of them. If you’re in Seville and looking for something a little different, give Tsuruta Ramen a try. It’s not just a meal, it’s an experience you won’t forget anytime soon.

We had a great lunch at Tsurutu today. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Chicken and vegetable gyoza for starters. Great taste, great sauces. Ramen for mains. As good as ramen gets. Portion size is also nice. Interior is very thought out and great, especially if you like japanese anime/cartoon culture. Would recomend to anyone who likes asian food.

Ramen review #113 This place so far is the best ramen I tried in Sevilla, noodles broth and meat is great! Egg is a bit overcooked but alright! It’s a nice quiet place where you can easily talk to people

This is a cozy, authentic Japanese spot in Seville run by a Japanese couple. As a lover of asian food, I was genuinely impressed—the food rivals what you'd find at the best restaurants in Japan. I had the Japanese curry with korokke: rich, flavorful sauce with tender bits of vegetables, perfectly paired with the crispy croquette. My partner had the yakisoba and that was delicious too. I’ll definitely be back before I leave!

Very delicious and reasonably priced. Plenty of food in each dish, we could barely finish everything. Not sure how authentic the food is, but it is tasty and well prepared. Service was fast and kind.

We found this place by accident. We were just hungry. When you enter this restaurant, you're in a completely different place. The decor is truly atmospheric. We ordered ramens. I've tried many, and this was one of the best. The service was very friendly. I really recommend it. It's worth it.
